If we can't make it out to your house, or the issue is too small to warrant a trip, we offer a service where we can remotely control your computer. The program we utilize only allows a connection while it is open, and when you approve of the connection.
You can see everything we do, so there is no worry. When we are done, and the program closes, no one else can use this program, so you don't have to worry about "being hacked".

Online support starts at $35 per hour, with any session less than an hour counting as an hour.
