About Us

Smith System Services is a partnership between two computer technicians that operate out of the Shawano, WI area. You can learn more about who we are here.

We offer remote service solutions, and also on site repair/installation in the Shawano county area. You no longer need to unplug all of your computer equipment! Just give us a call and well diagnose your problems on site. Learn more about our service call program here.

As we are both students, we offer only limited hours for service during the collegiate school year.

We focus our business in the Shawano area so we can always schedule a face-to-face meeting without much delay due to traveling. We went to school here, and worked here for years, and know exactly what local businesses need, as we are still customers to them to this day.

Quality of Work

To this day we have yet to leave a customer disappointed, or have an invoice disputed. We offer the lowest prices possible, while maintaining a high level of quality in our work. I personally avoid charging for idle hours (waiting for programs to load), even when its required by the job.
